Network ahead of time to share a rental car to get to Fort Wayne. You can do that on your own or online via the private STS group on Lutherlink. E-mail the STS Webmaster if you are not joined to that group.
If you are flying in to Fort Wayne, the Seminary's security can pick you up there for about half the cost of a taxi—$25 for one person. Contact Katherine Rittner at (260) 452-2241 no later than 3 pm, Monday, August 13.
For those driving: directions are posted on the Concordia website at www.ctsfw.edu/cts/directions.php.
Check in: when you arrive on campus, check in at Sihler Hall.
Travel equalization: Members of the Society may be reimbursed for travel expenses exceeding $175. The plan requires that you book flights early so as to secure lower fares. Travel Equalization claim forms will be available at the retreat.
